The staff were friendly and helpful, also very professional . I was lucky enough to arrive to book appointment when no one was waiting and without fuss I was able to get X-rays done there and then .

I had wonderful care. When I was admitted, I could hardly walk and with physiotherapy everyday, I was amazed how quickly I started to recover. The staff were very helpful, polite and cheerful. The meals were lovely - I actually put on weight! I felt it was like a cottage hospital of long ago

Relatives need to be more informed about what is happening to patients, has helped to get mobility back.

WiFi should be available on every ward. It would have been very helpful to use my Ipad.
The television was badly sited so it was never used.

There was 24 hours care.
More staff is needed perhaps.

All the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much bother. The food was to a very high standard. Menu was given 24hrs before but you didn't always get what was ordered.
